Applications, guardian access, audition times, self check-in, the audition desk, private evaluator drafts, shared reads, candidate comparison, custom rubrics, self-tape requests, callbacks and casting offers are connected in the pilot. The theatre chooses its preparation instructions, criteria and decisions.
People and permissions, the production Book, calls, calendar feeds, materials, attendance, rehearsal reports and assigned work are connected. A saved report note can become an assigned task with its source attached. Directors can record scene or song readiness and review its history.
The web pilot is available. Native App Store and Play Store releases, physical-phone checks, venue rehearsal and independent theatre pilots remain release gates. Theatre subscriptions are not open for purchase yet. Live billing and support operations still need verification.
Ticketing, patron CRM, public talent scouting, inventory management and labor costing are outside this release. Broader calendar integrations and deeper blocking and cue tools remain future work.
